Yes he can travel during the transfer, in order to file the transfer he will have to show latest paystubs from his previous H-1 employer or he has to show that he reported to work and was hired before he can file for a transfer. To file a transfer the USCIS charges $500 +$320+ $750 ($1500 if the petitioner has more than 25 employees).

IM just tring to find out if any one in EB3 cat. are seening any movement or progress by USCIS.
I have a pd of APR 2001 but no progress or lud in the past 1 year
nothing on my file and when i call USCIS they send me a letter saying
still in our prossesing time, but my app date of may 2004 with a approved

mine was 3 years ago. i got a respond from them in favor of me in about a month. however USCIS status page still shows as pending. Go figure.

Some where I read that there is no fee for renewal of AP. I am a Jul 07 filer and am not sure about this. Further already applied last year for Advance parole and traveled once. it got expired last month. I am applying for a new one again. So just wanted to know if I need to pay the fees $305.
So my questions are:
Does July 07 filers need to send the cheque for $305 for AP renewal. (My I 485 Reciept Date is Aug 2007)
Should we also include Biometric fee of $80?
And how much time approx is it taking these days for AP?

Right now, they can't make them cheaper. Michael Reichmann (sp?) of the Luminous Landscape speculated that Leaf probably makes a dozen or so of their new Valeo 22 MF backs each month, compared to how many hundreds of thousands of dRebels Canon makes? IIRC, he estimated that the sensor alone (without any support electronics or other hardware) might cost $5000 per unit to make.
Don't be mistaken, I'd love to be able to afford one of those, too, but it will be quite a while before the prices come down significantly (and I doubt they'll ever get quite that low).
