My PD is 08/04/06, and my AP is expiring on June 2nd, I probably will have to travel sometimes June end. I am in a fix if I should go ahead and apply for Ap now. My PD will be current begining June 1st. I heard it may take 1 week to 60 days to get GC after your date becomes current, Do you guys think it's good idea to just apply for AP just in case?

Hello,
I am trying to figure out if it is possible to sponsor (legal sponsorship support letter) my cousin back in India who is trying for higher studies in Canada (the letter to be shown to the Canada consulate). I am an Indian on H1B in US with Perm just filed.

I heard that being a resident alien myself (as opposed to permanent resident) I cannot sponsor him? Is that true?

If I can in fact sponsor him -- will that have any affect/complication whatsoever on my (i) Perm (ii) Tax application etc etc?

He is an 18 yr old Indian.

According to USCIS field manual for Adjudicators (IOs who approve 485), they should use DOL O*Net Codes, to determine same or similar, while approving. This code is mentioned in your LC.

Was trying to do something different with the petals of a white Persian violet bloom. I could not isolate the bloom from the other blooms in the planting, but not sure if that matters or not. Does this shot work on any level or should I have moved on to something else?

If this is true then some of the concurrent filers will try to upgrade them to PP.I will be surprised if they do that. But crazier things have happened.
I really doubt it, with all the current workload, USCIS can't take I-140 PP. That will further slow down the receipts.They have enough work for this year. Providing receipts, EAD, AP etc for more than 100,000 applicants.

Hi Guru's,
My Priority date becoming current in July 2010 visa bulletin.Can I travel to India in July 2010, while my Priority date is current ,Or I should cancel my program?
Wanted to understand of any factor which can effect/delay my green card approval from all GC guru's if a person is not in US while his/her PD becomes current in that month?

Will appreciate any response or guidance!

Last week i received the letter about my RFE for my I140 which they received on Feb 8, 2007. I'm a EB3 category from Bangladesh.

USCIS requested for the tax information of the company
My W2 for last year and
My Pay Stub....


Is there anything else extra i have the provide. do i have to worry about anything towards my approval or this is just a regular process to go through.

Hello,

Could anyone please suggest me a few consulting companies who can sponsor H1B visa? I am trying to bring my friend who is in India working for an automotive OEM. He was in Michigan for a while and he went back to India and it�s been almost more than 7 years since he left but now he wants to come back to Michigan.

If anyone knows any consultants in Michigan would be perfect since I already have a job lined up (verbally) through my contacts but I am not successful finding an employer who can sponsor H1B for him.

Not possible. He needs a full time job by a US employers not a random petition by a consultant. USCIS now wants to see a final client contract for approving the
H1B petition by consulting companies.
