My PERM for EB3 has been approved on July 2008. My I-140 is pending. 485 has not been submitted yet. I don't have EAD card either. For some reason, I have to change job.
My question is, if my current employer will not revoke my current I-140 sponsorship, even I have left company, and in case my current I-140 will be approved, can my priority date be carried over?

Hi,
I am wondering if I can sent both my and mywifes EAD applications in one envelope to USCIS or do I have to send them separately. I am not asking to save money on postal costs , as everyone knows we all spent 1000's of dollars in this GC process. I am only asking so that our(my and mywife) applications are processed together?

Most have their websites. Send email and they will get back to you.
If no websites, find the address from the State Governor's website and send a letter explaning the situation. they will send you a document-release form. Fill that form and send copies of all the required documents for your case.
Most Senator's office are really quick in correspondence.

Hi,
I applied for 3 year H1B extension for different employer
Atty ,filed wrong Date of Birth in I-129 form.
How to correct this problem??

The attorney can always send an amendment as I believe...But would be good for you to get it cleared...Followup up with the attonrney....Donot let it just slip through....These things have a tendency to take a life of their own and can create lotta headache.,...

Please note that Consulate location has not been a required entry since 1990. The reason the question existed was that under the pre-1990 preference system, one could process under a non-preference category with an approved labor certification and no I-140 petition so the question was necessary on the ETA 750. Since 1990, the item should have been marked "N/A". Therefore, we suggest that the item is no longer relevant.

Make sure that your new reporting manager is aware of your GC process. I had a manager earlier, who midway through my LC process decided he will not support the GC, since he was not my manager who hired me, since i was moved to another group, after my LC was filed...........If needed go up the ladder for buy-in

Hi mane is Brunoruno I've been in the country since jul of 1998, in April of 2001 my father filed for the life act 245 from president Bill Clinton.. on June of 2003 his I-140 got approved so he filed for his I-485 including the dependents which are my mother and I.
Here is the problem
About 2 two years ago my father received a letter of intent to revoke his I-140, so he sent all the RFE. After 4 months processing the intend they still denied his I-140. with his I-140 denied we filed for an appeal with more evidences, but TODAY we received a letter of his I-140 denied, his appeal and the I-485 as well...
Here is my question.. I was a minor at the time when most of this happen.. Today I am 26 years old, got two American citizens kids, but because his process was denied they denied my I-485 as well.. so now i am being kicked out of the country.. is anything that anybody can help me or give me advice or Hope.. please i am desperate..
Is anything that I could file by my self. The letter says to file a motion to reopen with in 30 days? is it worth it? I am going to be deported right of way?

Right now Atlanta Processing Center processing May 2008 priority date for clean cases....for audited cases July 2007...
It's not true that all the cases will got to Atlanta Processing Center ...if any case that has been auidted will be moved to Atlanta Processing Center.

Just be honest. For now you can say "No" as it is not full time. If VO asks more question on it tell them "you were not sure and ask them what it needs to be since she is doing part time. Take relavent docuemnts to show she is a part time.
All it needs to get visa is Honesty.

Hi. I just e-filed my I-539, status of change request from F-1 to H-4. I just found out that I chose "North Korea" for my citizenship, while it was supposed to be "South Korea". I chose "South Korea" for the passport issuance country.
How can I fix this? Should I attach a letter explaining this, when sending the supporting documents? What else supporting documents should I submit, other than my husband(H-1)'s paystub, I-129 approval notice and our marriage certificate?

1. your passport
2. your husband passport with your name mentioned on it
3. your birth certificate
4. your educational certificate (if it specifies your country of birth)
